About Nova

Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, coordinates executive collaboration across departments, and manages key administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resources management, building a strong foundation through a range of HR roles across diverse organizations. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, deftly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid ascent to roles with greater responsibility underscored her leadership and expertise in driving organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career includes leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at Technology University. This initiative, crucial amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, resulted in a streamlined HR framework and substantial cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity, particularly during difficult times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance, and HR best practices.
