She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, deftly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid ascent to roles with greater responsibility underscored her leadership and expertise in driving organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career includes leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at Technology University. This initiative, crucial amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, resulted in a streamlined HR framework and substantial cost savings.
